We have been contacted over the past few weeks by a lot of customers that are demanding new ideas and views in the wallpaper marketplace.  With wallpaper sales back on the increase we are getting more and more people wanting digitally printed wallcoverings. An example of this is a design we are currently working on. A client came to us and wanted a reproduction of a very early wallpaper he had exposed underneath his fireplace.  Traditionally, he would have given this to a rotary screen engraver and they would charge for the separations, charge for the screens and then charge for delivery. All this cost is mounting to thousands (Depending on which engraver you use) and this is before you print a single roll of paper.  Not with this wallpaper company.

We are currently scanning the wallpaper, digitally printing the wallpaper and then shipping the wallpaper all for less than £300. Yes £300 not £3,000 if you you use some Decor ative companies.

We will be finishing the wallpaper within the next couple of weeks and if the client agrees , we will post some pictures of the finished wallpaper here on the blog.

This is the last image of the 2 wall murals we did earlier in the year for IMD. The mural is of the Chicago skyline and was 13metres long x 1.2metres high.  It was printed in one piece and the mural was absolutely stunning once it was hung.  It went with the earlier picture I posted of the Route 66 map on the ceiling.

One of the biggest questions we get asked is “What images can you print as a mural”? The answer is quite simple. The only limitation to the image that can be printed as a mural is the person’s imagination who wants the mural.

A few people have asked us about the last post we put on the blog. They have been asking where is the custom wall mural you have done.  If you look it is on the ceiling and it is a picture of the famous Route 66.  The picture was purchased from the USA and was created by a guy who travelled the entire route.  Lots of people have done this I hear you say.  What this fella did was to take a map of the famous route with him and he stopped at every post office along the way.  He asked every post office to stamp the map he had and he came up with this wonderful picture that really does tell a story. We recreated the picture and made the owner of the bar his own bespoke custom wall mural.  Maybe the famous movie “Cars” was inspired by his work?

We recently created a bespoke wallpaper border from a new customer’s brief. He was very pleased with his wallpaper experience and kindly wrote a little note to us to let us know how pleases he was withhis “wallpaper border”
